  2. We need to work on that phenomenon. Austin has that issue too, we waste decades and millions and still never take action.. no light rail, etc.

  3. Didn't they learn they could have saved billions by not doing the tunnel and just having the above ground road diet? The other way would have been tunnel for cars and bike/ped at surface. Either seem better than this.
