  1. It appears there is confusion between implementing the NACS port on your car, and having access to the Tesla Supercharging network. You do not pay Tesla to use the NACS port, Riven can switch, and just build their chargers with NACS. Every existing charging network could switch to NACS, they don't have to pay Tesla...now being able to use the Tesla Network...that is where some money may be exchanged.
