  1. I believe everyone can talk about history as it belongs to all of us. You don't have to be an expert, and experts can have opinions and views that cannot be substantiated. Take the Moors, I don't consider them to be Black Africans just because large group of people say they were as the Moors set off by ships from Africa. I feel concern for that man because of his mental processes and his agitated state.
