  1. Well, White people are Farangs in Thailand, actually a lot of Asia. It comes from the Franks believe it or not, from the Crusades in the Levant all that long ago. Farang is not exactly a nice word. In the UK the big cities are the places that are the least indigenous, lots of immigrants, lots of non European people, but the countryside is different. There was a woman, I guess American, that complained that there weren't enough Black people in Greece, like every place in the world have to have lots of Black Africans.

  4. There is a group of African Americans who actually believe the Indigenous people of the Americas were black Africans. Look how they have convinced a lot of people that Jesus, the Hebrews and the Israelites were Black Africans.

  8. I use White, I prefer European, that is what the Indigenous Australians call people like me, Europeans. I have no idea what they call the Sudanese Africans.

  9. That's nice. But remember American English dialects have been corrupted by the millions of non English speaking people that immigrated there. Some of their pronunciation are quite odd especially multi syllabic words.

  10. People of color! Isn't that racist by seeing them as a color than as a person. I don't like shorts and similar formats like these TikTok videos. I believe in free speech and if people are racist in their speech or thought, what's it to me. It is what they do that's important. Some people are hopeless, and don't do well in life, and rather than improve they just go to blaming others and saying it is because they are not European. That woman wouldn't know, she's too young, what she knows is hearsay. I am Maltese and slavery ended in Malta in 1798 when Napoleon Bonaparte sailed into the Grand Harbour, and the Knights of Malta surrendered. Bigotry is wrong, racism is bigotry.

  17. Well, you have to face it, humans are very tribal. What changes are which tribe. And bigotry is sort of inherent, but is usually kept under control by rational thinking. There will be people who will see you as an East Asian no matter what.

  20. My guess is they are blaming all their shortcomings on having a certain look that isn't European. I always find it odd that any European who isn't WASP looking is considered raced mixed with Black Africans.

  23. I am Australian, and I will tell you frankly that if I ever live in the USA it will be in New Hampshire or some other WASP state. I don't have anything against anyone, but I don't want to be hassled or feel uncomfortable.
