  1. Communism is a form of Socialism, a corruption if you like, abolishing of private property wasn't a Socialist thing. The thing is that both the socialist side and the fascist side started off as a number of sects which ended with one predominating with the others being terminated. Historically Socialism was fractured into many sects which hated each other.

  2. Usually red is used for the left, and blue for the right. Totalitarianism is the same whatever its followers like to call it as it results in the loss of freedom, the loss of free speech and the production of a type of paranoia.
