Being called names is different from being banned from his employment. The problem of using Black is that lots of people are dark skinned enough to be called Black. In Africa, the different regions have there own Black people, in Egypt's case it is Ethiopia and the Sudan, and the ethnic groups there are Black, but different from other Africans who happens to be black.

Some Middle Eastern Joe said,"Look and you will find". I am sure if they looked in other parts of the world ancient symbols can be found that could be interpreted as writing.
