  2. Yamnaya are Celtic? Sounds like rubbish. Corded Ware are just a mixed Steppe and Farmer group, same as the Bell Beakers, they just had more Farmer. Show me the oldest I1 in Europe. You can't because it's not that old. I2 is the ancient one.

  3. It was a bit North European Eurocentric. Being able to digest lactose is a recent genetic innovation, the HGs, the farmers, most living humans don't have it. It isn't even fixed in NW Europe. Pigmentation, ah so boring. Too much concentration on those Steppe people. Did they build monumental structures, form a written language, invent corned beef with potatoes? No, they just moved like those Middle Eastern people did during the Syrian crisis or the ancestors of the Roma and Sinti.

  11. Why is this important to you? I couldn't care less. WHGs don't exist anymore, and even Latvians and Estonians are basically just ordinary, mundane Europeans even if they have a multitude of tiny segments supposedly derived from WHGs. I can understand people disliking the nugget black, that's a shoe polish, of the Cheddar Man representation but whether this dead man was pink, olive, tan, dark brown or black, it's immaterial as his race is extinct.

  13. I am not offended, I don't really care. We don't know what WHGs looked like, just representations. I don't believe that they looked like Black Africans or were all that dark, but that's me.
