@cottonwoodoutfittersaduckb7947 You don't know what happened, so you can't say what didn't happen. Laws concerning self defense are centered on what a "reasonable person" would feel, believe and do. I don't know what happened either, I don't know what, if anything, was said between the 2 individuals involved. I don't know what the deputy felt was happening. I don't know if he thought he was being carjacked, I would think given the details so far, that this would be a reasonable assumption. Why don't you tell us what happened? You sure seem to have CV some knowledge of the event that others don't possess.

@cottonwoodoutfittersaduckb7947 There was already someone doing that. I will make this as simple as possible. You go to the to go pizza place, your order your pizza. A guy starts making it. You don't go to a different employee to make your pizza, because it is already taken care of. In addition to that, the deputy should not turn his back on the crowd.

I have asked you multiple times to tell us what happened and you don't, because you can't, because you don't know what happened. I'm not sure why anything about someone being shot is "funny" to you. I think that's just the difference in how we were raised.

@swjackson917 The "guy attacked" people that were inside a vehicle? Attacked with what? There are no vehicle assault laws in the United States. In other words, how did the "attacker" get access to the people inside the vehicle? Bore us with the details on that one.
