  1. Interesting, I’ve never thought about the start/stop in relation to cooling the turbo. I would always turn it off in my old F30 328i, as I tried to do everything to prolong the life of the timing chain guides on that garbage N20. The point you made about continuing cooling the turbo is just another reason to leave the engine on.

  2.  @fromage4204  Yup, at the end of the day start/stop tech does absolutely NO good to an engine’s internals.
