  1. Quarantine videos FTW!!😂 But actually, for me it’s the looks and the relative simplicity compared to the newer ones. This is slightly unrelated, but I had an E39 525i running next to my dad’s F30 328i, and it was ridiculous how much quieter the 525i was. I get that the turbo 4 is more efficient, but that M54 straight six is so smooth. Sounded like a sewing machine, while the F30 can be heard from inside the house when idling😂 Hey, at least the M54 didn’t eat timing chains like the N20 does.
