  1. Wow, this young girl is so clueless... Lets see research why it happens? Because there are evil people out there with evil minds that need help. More strict gun laws, well that would be on the verge of a ban which just will never happen. We should first take you to a gun store and let you buy a gun and see whats involved in the process. You speak of an extensive background check, so when they check your criminal history that is not extensive enough? Let me guess Miss Liberal Princess you want the police and FBI to check everyone's social media accounts also? Maybe hack their phones and see what they text and say on the phone? How extensive would you like? Closing loopholes? How many states still have a gun show loophole? Currently half of the states in the US have some type of private gun sale loophole. Being a gun owner and pro 2nd amendment I agree any sale of any fire arm must be done after a criminal background check. But what do you do when a father gives his son or daughter their first rifle for hunting or competition, should we run background checks on immediate family members who may not even be 18 yet? Your supposed closing loopholes is not so easy to fix, who is to decide what is and what isn't? A buffer period? Let me guess you mean a waiting period, please tell me in what way would this prevent any mass shooting? Most if not all mass shootings are greatly planned days, weeks and even months in advance. So how would a 1 day, 3 day waiting period prevent mass shooting? Then there is this little thing called the constitution that grants and protects citizens the right to bear arms, and that now law shall infringe upon that right. Now there is the long complicated process of amending or ratifying and amendment or article, but this would require the support of the majority of Americans and almost all of Congress. In reality this just is not an option. So Miss Liberal Princess please explain to me in more detail how you plan to implement all this change you speak of without infringing on the constitutional rights of law abiding Americans? Please enlighten us!

  2. No one ever said they weren't, you said "There is no gun show loophole. Why are liberals so dumd". Which by the way you typed dumb wrong. Anyway, I simply corrected you on a fact that you had wrong, there are some gun show / private gun sale loop holes in the United States that could allow guns to slip into the wrong hands. As a gun owner I feel we should all be subjected to a criminal back ground check to purchase a fire arm. But again, there are some states about half of them that have some type of loop hole for individual person to individual person sales and transactions without a properly conducted criminal back ground check. How criminals get their guns is not what you mentioned and is not what is being discussed. Criminal homicide and criminal gun violence is a whole separate topic and discussion versus mass shooting events.

  3. Im not a liberal but there are gun show or private sale loopholes in some states in the US, currently half of the states have laws on the books for private sales. As a gun owner I feel this is one thing that should be addressed, but this does not prevent mass shootings, this only prevents criminals from buying firearms without a criminal background check.
