A system ormuniversal sick leave? Really? How would that stop a virus or pandemic? Oh that's right it wouldn't. I have 2 weeks paid sick leave and 5 weeks of paid vacation, not sure why you have a problem with it. Forcing employers to give paid sick leav, does nothing, it only raises the cost of consumer goods and services, of which are not affordable as it is now. Be realistic and stop being an ignorant fool.

The government must not pay anyone. It's your responsibility to be more prepared, have savings, money for emergencies like this. It is not the governments responibility to protect and save you from a virus. Another lefty that thinks being lazy and irresponsible is the only way to live. Your a fool.

The money I made in the stock market short selling during this pandemic has made me even more rich. @thankyounext365 if 80% of america is 2 paychecks away from homelessness, that is their fault. Maybe they should work harder, make smarter decisions and be more well prepared for life. Believe me, I have plenty of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, food and liquor. So it hasn't put one little dent in my life.

Highest wage taxes in the country, yet they cannot afford the necessary equipment and infrastructure to properly care for their residents. You want answers, ask Deblosio and Caumo why they didnt help you in New York. Not enough medical facilities, why? Not enough medical equipment, why is that? Explain how the New York state government and a mayor have the authority or the right to tell you not to go to work, or not to leave your home.
