Remove all troops from Syria and Iraq. We will not fight a russian proxy war against Syrian, Russian and Iranian forces. By leaving any troops in Syria we stand to risk an international incident with Russia that we may not be able to walk away from. Let Russia have the region, eventually the people in the area will see the Russian goal and realize they were taken advantage off and they will rebel against Russia and then Russia will have another Afghanistan war.
