  1. Again NYT with an error, The AR-15 and variants were not banned if they met a strict criteria such as pistol grip, collapsible stock, bayonet lug, etc.. Please NYT research your stories before putting out false information.

  2. There is no standard version we all know. That is the beauty of that rifle, because consumers and owners can customize these rifles to their liking. This is just another liberal media smear campaign against the AR-15. And most of liberal Americans wouldn't have the outlook they do if they spend a day at the gun range with this rifle. They are scared because its big, scary looking and a gun. And leave it up to NYT, CNN, CBS, ABC to all perpetrate more and more fear based on misinformation.
