This guy's career is over, and may be his freedom. Could the NYT script this video any more? This soldier is violating his security clearance and should be arrested and charged under the UCMJ.

@arjaygee if your asking that question, then you would not understand. CID will investigate him and if they find he did, they will charge him appropriately.

@arjaygee again, if your asking, you would understand. But just in case you ate that absent minded. Military personnel are required to adhere to special laws, those laws are found in the UCMJ. I cannot be 100% sure, but believe a highly educated guess would say this soldier violated operational security by naming exact places and times of military operations. Since these operations were closely tied to SOCOM they most likely carried a top secret or worst compartmenal security clearance, being these operations were conducted on foreign soil under a non-aligned upon deployment I can say that this soldier has a high probability of releasing top secret information to the NY Times and the public. He should be investigated and charged.

@AtheistCitizen we do not thank soldiers who threaten operational security, this soldier is a .... well I will keep what he is to myself. He doesn't deserve a thanks, he deserves a prison cell.
