Again an investigative report with zero unbiased evidence. You cannot use reports from Syrian radio operators. You duo not list what experts you used, Syria does gave the capability of strategic bombings. Thus is just another NYT hit piece against Assad. What proof does the NYT have that there was not rebel forces in those hospitals? The irony that the press was at the hospital location video taping at that exact second? Hmmm. You proved this sti called evidence but will not release your sources. Well if you do not release your source, then the data cannot be accepted as evidence. Its all just media speculation.

@JCJ307 it is not credible evidence, the news media does not follow the same standards as an actual investigator would. Yet they can do a piece like this quoting experts without naming the experts. They can use sources such as radio monitoring personnel without naming them that is called here say and wouldn't hold up in a court, but yet here is the NYT pushing a narrative without substantiating the collected evidence. Nor did the NYT team confirm or deny the presence of rebel military forces in the area or vicinity of these locations. I am all about proving wrongdoing with war crimes, but the way the NYT is doing it is wrong. It portrays a false narrative to its viewers, pushing a bias in the court of public opinion. There was a lot they left put of the video that would allow viewers to make a self determination of what happened. The video leads the viewer to a pre-determination that is clearly biased.
