  2. It is reasonable for Ukraine to delay elections atleast until they can both block ruZZian long-range strikes with confidence and no Ukrainian population is under ruZzian occupation. Why? First, if Ukraine held an election, I guarantee the ruZZian orcs would target the polling places with long range strikes. Second, how could Ukrainians in ruZZian-occupied areas vote? Will the ruZZian politely allow them to vote their mind? See part A above. Free and fair elections are anathema to ruZZia - they will do anything and every possible to wreck it. Slava Ukraine and Success for the anti-putin Partisans, and Defeat for the orcs!
