  1. The russian orcs might be hoping Ukraine will retaliate against Belarus, and hoping that will then be enough to get Belarus to attack Ukraine. I'm pretty sure the Ukrainians will play it smart and just retaliate against russian targets in Belarus. That the russian orcs are only now attempting this tactics suggests even they are doubtful it will work. I love the smell of russian orc desperation in the morning!
