  8. Although comparable, marijuana and weapons are quite different. One any jackass can grow in his backyard, while the other is a capital intensive investment that requires the very least basic competence in metallurgy, molding and machining. Assuming you already have the blueprints, you also need to be competant enough to understand them. Belive me, there's a whole lot more information than just dimensions on a blueprint.
