  1. The 60% was an estimation of how much someone earning >$250,000 get to keep. The 45% on the other hand was a reference to how much tax someone earning >$750,000 has to pay in taxes. So the difference is only 5% and regards different tax brackets. It seems Chafee wasn't the one mixing things up, rather TYT and Hannity.
