  1. The perhaps greatest fuckup of the Christian faith is when God punishes Adam and Eve for having eaten the fruit of knowledge... ...despite eating the fruit supposedly being a prerequisite for knowing not to eat it.

  2. Aaron Beaulieu The funny thing is, Satan is barely mentioned in the bible, and the times he does appear, he's at most being difficult. The idea of a figure that represent everything that's negative was adopted from older religions. Similar thing goes for hell. The descriptions in the bible are very vague and do not really describe the hell Christians believe in. It's basically perpetuated from the altar due to its potency for controlling the masses.
