Jessika Krueger I was teasing him by impersonating a sympathizing islamist. My point was that he is no better than them in this regard, which I suspect he hate to be reminded of. My point is still valid, thank you.

ET_Studios I wasn't implying evicence is not required. I was saying that it's funny how this standard only seam to go one way. My point was that considering the accuser guilty of lying until proven truthful is the same as considering the accused guilty until proven innocent. If the evidence is lacking, the logical stance is neutral with both possibilities open. Going after the accuser is not a reasonable response unless the claim is proven false.

Blackatchaproduction You obviously didn't get what I said.

Blackatchaproduction I was saying that there is a double standard i.e. demanding heaps of evidence in one case but are quick to jump to conclusion in another. Finding the accuser guilty of lying without evidence that the accusation is false is the same as finding the accused guilty without evidence that the accusation is true. Is that clear enough for you?

ET_Studios I wasn't talking about the legal system, but the mentality of many comments under this video.

***** I'm perfectly aware of where the burden of proof lies. You however, fail to understand the distinction between not being convinced that an accusation is true and assuming it is false.
