  3. @mmafyasco No, but a portion of them who do, end up in dept for their lives. If they instead sold heroine to get their budget back on track, would your answer be the same? "well it's not like they're being forced to buy heroine".

  6. @gammatnt It's still not a solution to the problem, but a transfer of the problem onto others. By putting people in dept they recieve less taxes, so in the long run it's a bad choice.
