  1. I would say that it is depressing to see a person so deluded by religion and ideology that they feel justified and moral in taking the lives of innocent human beings to further their own agenda.

  3. It's not that pageant girls are dumb, they are probably knowledgeable in subjects that concerns their own microcosm. It's only when asked about subjects outside their narrow field of expertise that they seem dumb, i.e. any subjects that concerns the real world.
