The term has been used in biology for centuries. Are you saying biology is not science?

@mistacramer We appear to talk about different terms. From my perspective the "race" you're talking about is something that was derived from biology, but was applied wrong because of ignorance. To me it seem just as absurd to claim that all people are one race, as it is to say all cats, dogs or horses are one race. "Racialism: A belief in the existence and significance of racial categories, but not necessarily that there are any absolute hierarchy between the races" ...makes me a racialist.

@demanvanhetstokbrood Human is a species. It's just ignorant to say all humans are one race as we've lived isolated in different environments for evolutionary significant periods of time. Whether our differences are significant enough for us to discriminate against eachother is a different question.
