Due to 'whitehouse.gov' the total federal government expenditures rose by $535.2 Billion from 2008 to 2009, but DROPPED by $61.5 Billion from 2009 to 2010. In other words: it all boils down to whether Obama can be held responsible for the fiscal year of 2009 or not. If you ask me: No. Bush's budget were still in effect.
