  1. I'm very pessimistic about reversing climate change. It's just not gonna happen. There's too much profit interest in oil. But the oil will run out eventually so we might as well brace ourselves for a world without it by start looking for alternative solutions.

  2. I honestly don't think weather-casters should attribute specific weather events to climate change. The change only makes sense by looking at the change in frequency of these events over time. If they're going to talk about the climate, they better show graphs of yearly averages going back at least a few decades.
