  1. Personally I think TYT is wrong on this one. The only reason they object is that they percieve the word "sexual assult" to be a less loaded word than "rape". I mean it's like objecting to a guy being found guilty for manslaughter because you think it is making the crime seem less severe than "murder". Does it really matter? It's a just a matter of legal definitions. The guy got 75 years in prison.
