  3. I bet you're the same kind of person who'd lash out on a waitress about the bad quality of the food, or on a cashier about a broken product. If you don't like the law the cop is enforcing, instead of asking him to not do his job, go try change the law!

  4. The best way to handle the situation is to cooperate. If the fine was illegal, nothing stops you from contesting the fine in retrospect. Whether they abuse their power or not is a discussion you should have with their authorities, not the actual cops.
