I was listing top 5 evolution-denier arguments to redicule them, not to prove anything. But as appearently mistook me for a creationist, I think you deserve an answer. If I remember correctly, a creationist's typical response would go something like this: "Well isn't that what we would expect since they have a common designer?"

Actually gravity is both law and theory. A law is not some 'higher' stage of theory. A theory can contain several laws. There's Newton's theory of gravitation and then there's Newton's law of universal gravitation, and then there's Einstein's theory of general relativity.

It seem like the crocoduck has passed my attention. I'll look into it for the lols.

That law is so fucking narcisistic. School is supposed to provide our kids with practical knowledge to prepare them for adulthood and a career. Biology is predicted to be the most important industry during this century. Thus, providing our kids a proper understanding of evolution is crucial for America's future prosperity and global competition. Put your fucking ego aside and realize that an understanding of evolution has PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS that is likely to determine your childrens future.

There's hypothesis and then there's theory. There is no higher scientific status for an explaination of a phenomenon than theory. A theory can be weak or strong depending on the quality and quantity of the predictions and experiments that have been made. Evolution is a strong theory.

Gravity is an observed phenomenon. Theory of general relativity is a model that to date has the best record of making accurate predictions of the phenomenon. It doesn't really explain what or why gravity is. "scientists ponder another theory; that gravity seeps in to our dimensions from (many?) others" Pardon me but that sounds like a hypothesis rather than a theory.

If I remember correctly Cenk have presented statistics that say 40% of Americans think the earth is less than 10,000 years old.

That's a rather strange question.
