  1. Maybe a good redistributive system forms a homogenous population? When income gaps are narrowed down, the populaition become less segregated. Statistics show that people are less suspicious towards one another as income gaps are narrowed.

  2. I'd recommend Norway. Rich as trolls from the oil, good social security, responsible government, astonishing environment (especially up north), etc. A negative side would be the rainy climate. Sweden is pretty much the same minus the wealth from oil and the rain.
