  1. No. She supports legalizing drugs because the drug war is counterproductive. It costs lives, money and get people locked up. She supports gay marriage because there are only downsides to a ban. She's against large soda portions because of the high obesity rate and the deaths, health issues and costs that comes with it. Why she's against polygamy I don't know.

  2. It's not the same. Gender is not a choice and it's permanent, while as obesity is an effect of the choices you make and you can do something about it.
