You're a moron. If Marriage was nothing but a religious rite it would of course be up to every church to decide the rules. Unfortunately, marriage is also recognized by the US legislation, which privilages married couples in several ways. Demanding some people to marry a person they don't love in order to obtain these privilages is the problem. So, either we strip married couples of all legal privilages, or we allow gay marriage. It's as simple as that. What would you choose?
