  1. To understand how the wealthy think nowadays I would listen to Ray Dalio: "To secure your wealth through a crisis you want to invest not in what people want, but in what people need." (paraphrasing) And we are seeing just that: Billionaires buying land, housing, food and medicine. They'd tax life itself if they could.
