  1. Regarding aspiration... I read that the shoulder muscle generally lacks blood vessels large enough for aspiration to work (they collapse under vacuum, preventing blood from going into the syringe). For the same reason, injection into this muscle is very unlikely to go directly into the blood stream. I would like John Campbell to adress this.
