  1. The idea that Elon spoonfed the journalists with cherrypicked information is wrong. As they explained later in the hearing, they were immediately given something like 100.000 conversations, so there was no way someone had gone through them all. Also, as said repeatedly during the hearing, they are not out to prove that Twitter's censor was biased, the story is that government agencies have used a private company to realize censor. It is clearly violation of free speech in violation of the constitution.
