  1. Sounds like Melinda absorbed a rather narrow education, with little exposure to opposing points of view. Needless to say, she was shell-shocked upon first exposure to a free marketplace of ideas. Now she tries to craft a culture where ideas are silently tolerated rather than challenged upon dissent.
