  2. The problem arise when this kind of online profile become the norm, and employers start demanding it. Also, let's say you reset your profile at 25. In the eyes of the employer, this will look highly suspicious. Either you didn't have any jobs before 25, or you had a bad reputation you wanted to hide. Only way to get an employment will be through people you know personally, who can overlook your bad reputation.
