  3. Our leaders have shrunk the world, without bringing people together. Our society rewards selflessness, only in exchange for loyalty. Once we extend a hand to the world, we let down the expectation of loyalty towards our country, and we are truly on our own. There is no home for a humanist today.

  6. 0cards0 I think it is an interesting idea though. Wouldn't a selfish individual understanding that one is better off helping others than only looking to oneself seek to help others out of selfish interest?
