  1. I can't imagine what it is like going from full-time trauma and worry about parents killing themselves and suddenly having no one but herself to care for. You could really see a relief in her whole body as she explained this. I hope she continues taking better care of herself than her parents.

It's so painful to hear how she justified staying with a 30 yo creep to get away from her mom. I'm not judging her though. At that age I would probably not have had the perspective to understand what I was doing either.

  18. The problem with making alcohol illegal is that nature pretty much makes it on its own if you leave carbs unattended for too long in room temperature. Animals get drunk from eating fruit fallen from trees and berries left on the branch in autumn. The ease of manufacturing makes it very hard to regulate.

  21. I like this guy's solutions to nectrotic wounds and hunched backs: leg-kicks and uppercuts. Yeah, that's gonna fix it. On a side-note, yes maggots help reduce infection by removing dead tissue. To his point, hardly a substitute for hospital.
