  1. I'm thinking about selling most of my stock and buy an apartment. I understand diversification, but this seems like the right move right now. Good for the nerves. I can always take a loan later to get back into stocks.

  4. @frederickmuhlbauer9477 That's regional. Here, high interest rates have caused prices to drop by about 10% in 2 years. Looks like a buyer's market.
