  1. Swedish govt made an investigation into profitability of off-shore wind power in a number of locations. In the report they concluded that it is currently not profitable in any of the locations. Environmentalists say the report is wrong, because the cost of power transmission to shore was unfairly included. They feel this cost should be financed by government. Sigh, as if government carrying part of the cost magically makes the project profitable.
