  1. I recently went through the list of mass shooters of 2023 in USA. It's a diverse bunch: Syrian unemployed, army reserve, senior dance instructor, police sergeant, football player, warehouse worker, white supremacist, etc. My conclusions is that there is no point in trying to look for the cause in the peculiarities of the individual. The problem is obviously systemic.
