  1. This was great. The only thing I disagree with is the characterization of establishment as "this is how we've always done it" and that free thinkers as "how can we do things different". What you are describing is conservatism versus progressivism, which is very different. The establishment can be progressives (let's start censoring, let's start persecuting journalists, let's exempt who we label terrorists from constitutional rights, let's sign off our sovereignty to supranational organizations like WHO, etc.) and the free thinkers can be conservatives (let's make sure we are sticking to these historically proven principles).
