  1. I don't think what she says is outrageous at all. It's important to learn about atrocities of history and realize that we are capable of the same, however uncomfortable that may be to admit. It is only then that you are able to stop yourself from making the same mistake. Jordan Peterson makes this exact point in regard to the Nazis. It is very tempting to distance ourselves from "evil", call others "demons" or "insane" and assure ourselves we are different.
