  1. I have this growing fear that the solution to the dilemma is that the war is perpetuated by Europe, independent of America. This way Trumpists are happy, because America pulls out, neocons are happy because Russia continues to bleed, and Eurocrats are happy because the 'Russian threat' makes them seem relevant.
