  1. In Swedish news there has been this recurring narrative about a "shadow fleet" of Russian ships, suspected to carry out military missions under the flag of private business. Under this narrative, several Russian ships have been stopped for investigation. Nothing substantial has been presented, but the narrative lives on. This is madness. All rules and reason has gone out of the window, justified as necessary given the supposed overwhelming threat from Russia.
