Ana's dispute with Jimmy regards him embarrassing her news organization by calling out their poor journalistic ethics. The skirt incident was resolved years ago and resurfaced now only as a means to blackmail Jimmy in said dispute, not because Ana still holds genuine grudges over the incident. This is why it is very weird and beside the point to express opinion on Jimmy's role in the skirt incident.

RFK Jr focuses on issues which will benefit and please the vast majority of Americans. Abortion leaves a lot of people unhappy whatever is done, so it is a divisive issue and is best avoided.

@shadownite3378 Well no, that's not it. She subsequently announced that she'd prevent Jimmy from running his mouth. To your point, this could be interpreted as Ana simply announcing her supposed plans to frame him for sexual harassment or possibly make a fuss about it on social media, hoping that this would somehow silence him. But, given that she sends the message to him privately, before taking any action, suggests that the purpose of the message was to intimidate/blackmail Jimmy into silence.

@shadownite3378 Well, blackmail involves threat. Why did Ana choose to threaten Jimmy privately rather than to open a legal case or embarrass him on social media? In what way did Ana hope that Jimmy would respond to her threat? By what means would Ana stop Jimmy from running his mouth?
