  4. To be honest, Biden has exceeded my expectations by far this first period. But my cynical personality doesn't allow me to put my guards down. Perhaps this is him building the political capital he knows he will need in order to pass the questionable stuff he actually plans for later on? There's nothing like a free lunch.
