A common issue is that your pitch control surfaces are behind the center of mass, therefore requiring the back of the plane to drop in order to get lift, but since it's on the ground this won't happen. Simplest solution in this case is usually to just keep accelerating to the end of the runway. Other solutions are to either add control surfaces onto the front part of the plane or adjust landing gears such that the plane points slightly upwards.
